What sizes do carports come in? How tall are carports? How carports are built?
Any. I literally mean anything. A better question is. What can’t you do? A standard carport has a minimum width of 12ft. Minumum length is 5ft. We increase the length by 5ft respective to a clients needs. Shortest leg height is 6ft. (keep in mind the roof has extra clearance) Standard roof 2ft from roof frame to peak of roof. A frame has 1 ft. We can build smaller just would be considered a shed or well cover etc.
Do carports need planning permission? Do Carports need a permit?
Your carport may need planning permission as it depends on the delivery site. We can check for you! Now, as far as regulations, our products are engineer certified to meet your state codes (except hunting blinds). Any other requirements such as “extra snow load baring weight and wind load resistance” can be met with engineer certification “upon customer’s request”. Customized buildings are always welcomed. We also provide generic plans at no extra charge on most standard buildings.
Are carports taxable? Do carports add value?
More than likely YES. They are taxable because your county views them as an asset and add value to your property. We have dialed in a way to save you money on cost and property taxes. We recommend you reach out to your county for specifics on taxability and whether deemed a permanent structure.

90 MPH WIND WARRANTY
Stronger Lasts Longer. With the optional wind warranty packages your structure is guaranteed to withstand harsh winds, plain and simple. Wind warranty packages start from 90 mph and up.
20 YEARS WARRANTY
We warrants for a period of 20 years from the date of completion of installation, against rust through on the framing only assuming normal user care and maintenance on 12 gauge materials. This warranty does not apply to 14 gauge materials. Additionally, galvanization extends the life and appearance of your next structure.
4 SEASON WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY
We warrant for a period of 1 year from date of complete installation, against defects in workmanship assuming normal user care and maintenance. See contract for more details.

We start with a steel metal frame and cover it with long lasting sheet metal. It is anchored to the ground with the anchor of your choice on concrete or ground.
